1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Crushed Granite Aggregate 0/31.5, Intended For The Main Foundation. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Expected Size Of The Order - 4,150 Tons, 2) Size Of A Single Delivery (One Transport) - From 25 To 50 Tons - Possible Need For Deliveries Of 250 Tons Per Day, 3) Delivery By The Contractors Transport - Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Leszno District, Carried Out With Self-Unloading Vehicles And/Or With A Trailer With A Raised Run-On Beam. 4) Unloading - Directly To The Machine Indicated By The Ordering Party. Duration Of One Unloading Up To 45 Minutes.3. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz, The Ordering Party Will Require The Submission Of The Following Piece Of Evidence With The Offer: 1) Declaration Of Compliance With The Pn-En13242 Standard, 2) Declaration Of Performance Issued By The Manufacturer. 4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Quantities Are Estimates, They Illustrate The Possible Size And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And May Be Helpful At The Stage Of Preparing Offers.5. Aggregate Delivered In Accordance With The Above. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Approved For Trading And General Or Individual Use, Have All The Certificates, Attestations And Certificates Required By Law And Meet All Standards And Technical Approvals. 6. The Applicable Delivery Date During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form. The Contractor Will Specify The Delivery Deadline As 1 Or 2 Business Days, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iii, Section 3 Points 2 Swz. For The Contractors Failure To Comply With The Delivery Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties In Accordance With The Provisions Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.7. The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Supply Of Aggregate For Works Carried Out In The Leszno District.8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Symbol Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In The Technical Guidelines Of Wt Mzc).9. The Remaining Requirements Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
