1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Liquid Nitrogen Generator With A Water Cooler For The Needs Of The Department Of Genomics And Forensic Genetics Of The Medical University Of Warsaw.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Product Range And A Description Of The Required Minimum Parameters That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet, Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Regulated In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. Provisions Regarding Equivalence.1) The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Eliminate All Proper Names From The Order Documents. However, If The Procurement Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor (Proper Names) And The Contracting Authority Has Not Specified The Equivalence Criteria Referred To In Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Null And Void. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented Using The Materials And Products Indicated By Name. Therefore, A Contractor Who Offers To Perform The Order Using Other Materials And Products Is Not Obliged To Submit A Description Of Equivalent Materials And Products).2) If The Procedure Documentation Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Therefore, Whenever The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Phrase Or Equivalent Is Added After Their Wording. If Equivalent Solutions Are Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Description Of Equivalent Solutions With The Offer And Demonstrate That They Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Chapter Vii, Section 1 Point 2) Swz.3) In Situations Where The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Submit A Certificate Issued By A Specific Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body (Article 105 Of The Public Procurement Law), The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies.
