The Costa Araucanía Local Public Education Service, Hereinafter “The Service”, “Slep” Or “Local Service”, Requires The Acquisition Called “Continuous Supply Of Infrastructure Maintenance And Repairs For The Educational Establishments And Administrative Agencies Of The Costa Araucanía Local Public Education Service”, In Order To Respond To The Infrastructure Maintenance And Repair Work Required In The Educational Establishments And Administrative Agencies Of The Costa Araucanía Local Public Education Service. Araucanía And The Emergency Infrastructure Work Required Therein As A Result Of The Occurrence Of Any Event Whose Magnitude Or Characteristics Cause The Suspension Of The Provision Of The Educational Service Or The Normal Functioning Of The Administrative Agencies. The Above, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In These Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Annexes. It Is Expressly Established That This Contract Is Carried Out Under The Continuous Supply Modality, That Is, In Accordance With The Effective Requirements Made By This Local Service, Due To The Real Needs For Maintenance And Repairs Of Infrastructure Of The Educational Establishments And Dependencies Of This Local Service.
