The Subject Of Delivery Is The Delivery Of An Automated Line For Quality Control Of Plastic Fences Incl. Implementation And Accessories, (Hereafter Referred To As Technology) In The Company Transform A.S. Lázně Bohdaneč. Scope Of Performance: The Supply Of Technology Means The Supply Of All Required Equipment Elements, Including The Actual Installation Of The Technology And Including The Assembly And Testing Of The Technology At The Applicants Premises And The Demonstration Of The Functionality Of The Technology By The Contracting Authority. Furthermore, Disassembly Of The Technology And Transport Of The Technology To Its Destination, Installation Or Assembly, Its Involvement, Including All Possible Assembly Work Necessary For The Proper Completion Of The Delivery, And Further All Activities Related To The Delivery, Including Staff/Operator Training. • The Participant Must Guarantee Warranty Service Support. • The Supplied Technology Will Be Implemented According To The Automation Line Specification - See Appendix No. 5 Automation Line Specification For The Integrator, Attached To The Call For Tenders. • The Participant Must Guarantee A 30-Day Test Operation Of The Technology Before Putting The Technology Into Permanent Operation. • Participant Must Provide Training Related To The Operation Of The Technology. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Supplied As New, Unused, Of First Class Quality. As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Participant Will Be Obliged To Carry Out And Include In The Bid Price All Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract. If Specific Trade Names Are Mentioned In The Tender Documentation Or Their Annexes, It Is Only A Matter Of Defining The Required Standard And The Contracting Authority Also Allows Other Technically And Qualitatively Comparable Solutions. The Technical Specification Of The Required Technologies Is Given In Appendix No. 2 Of This Call For Tenders Documentation. Annex No. 5 And Annex No. 6, Which Are Relevant For The Preparation Of The Offer, Are Also Documented. The Client Will Provide Cooperation With The Unloading And Placement Of The Equipment At The Assembly Site At The Fulfillment Site.
