The Purpose Of The Bid Is To Carry Out An Expertise On The Main Project For The Reconstruction Of The Ulei Building Of The Sillamäe Music School And The Sillamäe Interest And Youth Center, Which Allows To Assess Whether The Building Can Be Properly Reconstructed On The Basis Of The Given Project And Build All The Buildings Communications Up To The Connection Point Indicated In The Network Owners Technical Conditions, And To Give An Assessment As To Whether The Main Project Has Been Drawn Up In Such A Quality And In Such A Volume That The Future General Contractor Of The Construction Does Not Have A Justified Need To Replace Or Change The Project Solutions In Order To The End Result Would Correspond To The Purpose Of The Procurer (I.E. The Future Main Contractor Must Not Have The Right To Request Additional Money, Referring To An Incomplete Project) And To Assess Whether Measures To Reduce The Cost Of Construction Work Have Been Implemented As Much As Possible In The Preparation Of The Basic Project And Whether The Possibilities Of The Project Budget Have Been Taken Into Account When Developing Project Solutions
