The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Build A New Area For The Cultivation Of Cucumbers, Which Consists Of A Greenhouse Of 7361.7 M² And Two Service Areas, The Size Of Service Area No. 1 Is 104.1 M² And The Size Of Service Area No. 2 Is 912.2 M². The Total Construction Area Of The Area To Be Expanded Is Approx. 8,500 M². Increasing The Production Area Creates The Technical Prerequisites And Capabilities For A Significant Increase In Production Volume And Satisfying Demand. The Building To Be Built Is Planned For The Contractors Place Of Business In Tartu County, Luunja Municipality, Lohkva Village, Valguse Tee 1.
