1. Provide New, Complete, Operational And Tested Boiler Plant And Hydronic Heating System, As Described Herein, Indicated On The Drawings And In Full Conformance With Applicable Codes, Standards And Ordinances.2. Provide All Labour, Materials And Products As Specified, And As Required To Accomplish This Work.3. The Existing Ddc System Will Be Upgraded To Suit The Boiler Plant Upgrade. Additionally, The Existing Controls System Will Be Upgraded By Replacing The Existing Ddc Controllers With New Controllers. The Ddc Controls Contractor Will Be Retained Directly By The School District To Perform This Work.4. Mechanical Contractor Shall Coordinate And Cooperate With The Ddc Control Contractor For The Locations Of The Required Pressure, And Temperature Sensors As Well As The Operation And Commissioning Of The Upgraded Hydronic System.5. The Mechanical Contractor Shall Act As The Prime Contractor For This Project, Responsible For The Coordination Of All Trades Required To Carry Out The Work As Described Herein.
