With This Request For Tenders, Offers Are Requested For The Implementation Of The Cooling/Cooling Solution For The Premises As A Complete Delivery In Place Of And Alongside The Current Solutions For The Customers Property In Accordance With The Plans Of The Request For Tenders. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Build A Cooling System That Serves The Premises Of The Property. The Contract Model Is A Total Contract And The Pricing Model Is A Total Price Contract Including The Construction Of A Cooling System That Is Fully Ready For Use And Put Into Use At The Customers Property. The Contractor Will Build The Systems On The Basis Of The Ready-Made General Plans Attached To The Tender Request (Appendices 5–20). Appendices 2–4 Also Serve As Tender Forms, Which Must Be Returned When Submitting The Tender. Annex 4 Of The Tender Request Contains A Checklist, Which The Tenderer Can Use To Check That The Necessary Attachments Are Included With The Tender.
