City Of Parkanos (=Customer) Tender Request For Marketing And Communication Services. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Provide The Customer With A Consultant Who, In Cooperation With The Customers Staff, Will Carry Out Communication And Marketing. The Service Provider Selected Based On The Tender Will Provide The Customer With A Consultant Who Will Implement The Communication And Marketing Services Needed By The Customer. The Service Includes Informing, Participating In Events, Photography, Marketing, Making Internal And External, Print And Electronic Publications, As Well As Maintaining Social Media And Making Publications There. The Consultant Participates In The Clients Marketing Work Group (Approx. 8 Times A Year). The Work Is Done As Agreed In The Marketing Working Group Or Otherwise Based On The Order Made By The Customer. The Scope Of The Procurement Is Approx. 60 H/Month, Range 40-90 H/Month. Based On The Acquisition, A Contract Will Be Concluded For The Period 1 April 2026-31 December 2028. In Addition, The Purchase Includes Two One-Year Options. Total Length With Options 57 Months. In Practice, The Work Is Largely Done In Parkano. The Position Includes Work To Be Done In The Evenings And On Weekends. The Task Requires The Use Of Your Own Car. The Value Of The Acquisition, Including The Options, Is Eur 190,000 (Eur 40,000 Per Year).
