The Municipality Of Eurajoki Is Looking For A Service Provider To Manage Space Reservations, Accommodation, Cleaning, Marketing, Customer Service And Possibly Other Activities Related To The Premises Of The Vuojoki Manor. The Municipality Requests Offers For The Annual Rent For The Right To Use The Premises Of Vuojoki Manor, Taking Into Account All The Services, Responsibilities And Obligations Mentioned In The Procurement Documents. Vuojoki Manor Is Located At Kartanontie 28, 27100 Eurajoki. A Mandatory Destination Tour Will Be Held At The Destination On Monday 16 February 2026 From 16:00. Registration For The Presentation Must Be Done By E-Mail To [email protected] By Sunday 15 February 2026 At 23:00. Participation In The Above-Mentioned Target Tour On Site, In The Presence Of A Representative Of The Procurement Unit, Is An Absolute Requirement In Procurement. Accommodation Operations• Accommodation Reservations And All Related Functions And Measures Required By The Authorities• Key Management And Related Tasks• Procurement Of Bed Linen, Blankets And Pillows And Related Linen And Laundry Maintenance, Carpets3. Cleaning• Maintenance Cleaning Of All Premises Covered By The Contract (The Municipality Requests A Quote For The Maintenance Cleaning Of The Premises Based On The Service Description In The Appendix)• Cleaning After Use Of All Reservable Premises, The Entrepreneur Takes This Into Account In His Reservation Prices 4. Marketing And Sales And Customer Service• Marketing Of The Manors Services And Premises In Various Channels• Production Of Website And Social Media Content• Planning And Implementation Of Sales And Marketing Campaigns• Creation, Maintenance And Development The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure High-Quality, Efficient And Customer-Oriented Implementation Of The Services And Facilities Of Vuojoki Manor All Year Round. Responsibilities And Obligations As Well As Cleaning Maintenance Level Descriptions Are Defined In More Detail In A Separate Appendix. This Request For Tender Does Not Include Restaurant Services, As The Kitchen And Serving Facilities Of Vuojoki Manor Are Rented To Another Entrepreneur. The Service Provider Must Have Sufficient Capabilities To Produce The Services Mentioned In The Request For Tender. The Client Expects The Provider To Develop The Area And The Premises Along With Active Marketing, Taking Into Account The Municipalitys Own Space Needs.• The Request For Tenders Specifies Which Spaces Are Included In The Procurement• The Entrepreneur Can Define The Space Rental Prices For The Space -> Income For The Entrepreneur• The Municipality Offers The Timmi Space Reservation System For The Entrepreneurs Use And It Must Be Used In All Space Reservations.• The Municipalitys Events On Average 5-10 Per Year, Must Be Included In The Offer. Those Offered By The Customer Prerequisites: • Synergy Advantage With The Restaurant Service Entrepreneur Operating On The Premises • Cooperation With The Municipalitys Actors, E.G. Tourism, Culture And Leisure • The Municipalitys Calendar Of Events And The Visit Eurajoki Website • Eurajoki Municipality Undertakes To Promote Vuojoki Manors Awareness Of Marketing Cooperation With The Service Provider In A Separately Agreed Upon Manner. The Value Of The Procurement Does Not Exceed The National Threshold Value And Thus It Is A Small Procurement To Which The Procurement Act Does Not Apply. Contract Period: 1 May 2026 – 30 April 2029, After Which There Is A Possibility Of A 3-Year Option. A Separate Decision Is Made On The Use Of The Option. The Notice Periods Are 6 Months On Both Sides.
