The Technical Services Of The City Of Huittinen Are Requesting An Offer For The Removal And Transportation Of Aggregates Used To Prevent Slippage To The Laying Areas And For Washing After The Cleaning Work For The Years 2026 - 2027 Of Paved Streets, Traffic Dividers, Roads, Market Places, Bus Stations, Bridges, Underpasses And Yard Areas Of City-Managed Properties Under The Care Of The City (Including Tiled Areas, Curb Supports And Edge Supports) For The Years 2026 - 2027 And An Option 1 Year Bids Are Requested As Regional Contracts According To The Map Material: 1. Vampula Planning Area And Properties 2. Northern Contract 3. Central Contract Including The Washing Area 4. Southern Contract 5. Courtyard, Contains Three (3) Areas. In Addition, Offers Are Requested For The One-Time Prices For Brushing The Bus Station, The Market And Suttila School, And Hourly Summertime Brushing And Washing Jobs (Section 6) As Well As Hourly And Unit Prices For Summer Cleaning Work (Section 7). The Start Date Of The Brushing Work Is Estimated To Be 1.4. And For A Duration Of Approx. 3 Weeks, Depending On The Weather Conditions, Additional Time Can Be Granted On Request As Mentioned In The Work Instructions. The Work Must Be Done By May 15, Taking Weather Conditions Into Account. Kts. Appendix Work Instructions 2026-2027 (2028). The Equipment Must Be Owned Or Controlled By The Service Provider When Signing The Procurement Contract. The Equipment Must Be In Working Order And It Must Be Suitable For The Work According To The Request For Tender. Trucks Used In Transport Must Meet At Least Euro Iv Class Standards In Terms Of Emissions, And Work Machines Must Have Been Commissioned In 2006 Or Later. For Hourly Work Machines, The Make And Year Model Or Emission Class Must Be Stated. Tender Prices Must Be Announced For The Years 2026 And 2027, The Basis For Selection Is The Combined Price/Contract Area/Work Site/Hourly Prices For Both Years. It Is Not Necessary To Offer All Sub-Areas, But All Price Points Of The Offered Sub-Area Must Be Filled In, And 0 Prices Are Not Allowed.
