This Is Not A Procurement Announcement, Nor A Request For Offers, But A Request For Information For Potential Service Providers. The Welfare Area Of ​​Varsinais-Suomi Is Planning A Tender For The Correctness Check Of Purchase Invoices And Vat Analysis. The Planned Start Date Of The Agreement Is September 1, 2026. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Additional Information From Potential Bidders For The Preparation Of The Request For Bids For The Upcoming Tender. The Number Of The Customers Purchase Invoices Is Approximately 330,000 Per Year, With A Total Amount Of Approximately 1.9 Billion Euros. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Correctness Check Of The Purchasers Purchase Invoices From The Fiscal Year 2023, So That The First Review Period Includes The Years 2023-2025. After This, The Review Period Is Specific To The Accounting Period. Purchase Invoices From Other Welfare Areas, Finnish And Foreign Companies, Communities And Municipalities Are Subject To The Correctness Check Of Purchase Invoices. We Are Asking For Answers And Comments To The Questions Raised In The Request For Information. Answers, Comments And Possible Requests For Additional Information Should Be Sent To The Address [email protected]. We Ask For Answers By 12:00 On February 20, 2026. Based On The Answers, Some Of The Suppliers May Be Offered The Opportunity For One-On-One Market Dialogue Events. More Specific Times Of The Events Will Be Agreed Separately. No Offers Are Requested For This Request For Information. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Additional Information For The Preparation Of The Request For Bids For The Upcoming Competition And To Map Potential Bidders. Comments Or Questions Received Through The Request For Information Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Procurement Unit To Carry Out The Actual Procurement Or To Implement It As Described In The Request For Information. The Procurement Unit Is Not Obliged To Take Into Account The Responses Received To The Request For Information When Preparing The Request For Tender. Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Service Provider To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Tender Later. Answering Or Not Answering The Request For Information Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In The Actual Tender. No Compensation Is Paid For Answering The Request For Information. The Answers Received Will Be Treated Confidentially.
