The Quantities Of Medicinal Products Specified In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Create An Obligation For The Contracting Authority To Purchase Them In Full. Delivery Performance Is Determined By The Needs Of The Medical Facility Based On Patient Intake And Financial Security.
