Tenders Are Invited For Consulting Services Pursuant To Article 166, Paragraph 1 Of The Zut - Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Exercise Of Construction Supervision, For Specific Positions

The Following Activities Are Included For Implementation In The Scope Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Specific Positions: Activity 1 - Evaluation Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project And Preparation Of A Compliance Report, According To Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2 Of The Zut (For A Separate Position From No. 1 To No. 8) Activity 2 - Exercise Of Construction Supervision, According To The Zut And The By-Laws Related To Its Implementation (For All Specific Positions The Implementation Of The Order For Each Specific Site In The Designated Item Includes Two Stages (Except For Designated Item No. 8), The Launch Of Which Is Directly Dependent On The Readiness Of The Investment Project And The Construction Contract For The Respective Site. The Execution Of This Order Is Carried Out Separately For Each Specific Object Included In The Relevant Separate Item. The Implementation For A Given Object Is Considered To Have Started From The Date Of Receipt Of An Individual Written Notification From The Employer And Continues Until The Issuance Of A Permit To Use/Certificate Of Commissioning For The Specific Object. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Sends Written Confirmation (Award Letter) To The Contractor Simultaneously For All Objects Or For Part Of Them, The Implementation Of The Activities For Each Of These Objects Should Be Implemented In Parallel And Independently, Subject To The Deadlines For Each Specific Object. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Start The Implementation Only For One Or Part Of The Objects By Sending Individual Notifications For Each Of Them.
