The Following Main Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Implementation Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Zut. 2. Performance Of Investor Control. As An Investor Control, It Carries Out Control Through The Necessary Inspections, Measurements And Calculations Of The Types And Quantities Of Cmr Of The Construction Actually Carried Out, Which At The Relevant Stage Of Project Implementation Are Certified By The Builder With An Acceptance Protocol (Form Act No. 19 Or Equivalent). Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut For Putting The Site Into Operation. 5. Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For Construction, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Installation Works 6. Taking Actions On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority For Commissioning Of The Facility Acc. Art. 177 Of The Zut. The Minimum Requirements For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation.​​​​
