The Designed Section Of The Road Is Part Of The Municipal Road Network Of The Municipality Of Bregovo. The Road Is Titled In The Registry Of The Municipality Of Bregovo And The List Of Municipal Roads In The Republic Of Bulgaria As Vid 1030. The Beginning Of The Municipal Road Starts From A Three-Way Intersection With The Republican Road 11-12 At Km 8+300. The End Of The Municipal Road Ends At A Three-Way Intersection Again With The Republican Road Ii-12, Which Intersection Is Located At Km 20+900 Of The Odometer Of The Republican Road. The Design Development Is A Project For The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Vid1030 Road In The Section From Km 13+600 To Km 19+900, Which Is The Section Between The Villages Of Kosovo And Deleina. The Reconstruction Of The Road Is Divided Into Two Stages: Stage 1: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Municipal Road S. Kosovo - S. Deleyna: Vid 1030 From Km 13+600 To Km 15+000 And Stage 2: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Municipal Road S. Kosovo - S. Deleyna: Vid 1030 From Km 15+000 To Km 19+900.
