According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Estimated Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 (Bgn 156,464.00) Excluding Vat For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In This Case, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. The Term Of Validity Of The Contract, Which Is Concluded For Each Individual Position Separately, Is From The Date Of Its Conclusion Until 31.12.2026.
