The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Municipal Objects In Specific Positions: Separate Position No. 1: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The City Of Knezha, Municipality Of Knezha - Stage 1; Separate Position No. 2: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Rehabilitation And/Or Reconstruction Of Streets In The City Of Knezha, Municipality Of Knezha - Stage 2; Separate Position No. 3: Exercising Construction Supervision Of A Site: Reconstruction And/Or Rehabilitation Of Streets In The City Of Knezha And The Village Of Brenitsa, Municipality Of Knezha. In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Contractors For The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Smr Of Municipal Sites In The Municipality Of Knezha Should Be Determined According To Specific Positions. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Bulgaria.
