The Object Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Services Pursuant To Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Preparation Of A Technical Project And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For A Site: Construction Of An Installation For Composting The Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin. The Public Procurement Includes The Following Two Main Activities: Activity 1. Preparation Of A Technical Project For A Site: Construction Of An Installation For Composting The Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin. The Project Must Be Prepared According To The Terms Of The Technical Specification And The Prepared Pip. In The Explanatory Notes, Designers Must Describe In Detail The Necessary Initial Data, Activities, Technical And Economic Indicators, Specification Of The Construction Products Intended For Investment (Materials, Products, Sets And Systems) With Technical Requirements For Them In Accordance With Current Norms And Standards And Implementation Technology, Machines And Equipment, And Quantitative Accounts. Activity 2. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction For The Site Construction Of A Composting Plant For The Separately Collected Biodegradable Waste For The Municipalities Of Lovech, Letnitsa And Ugarchin, According To The Approved Technical Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Environmental Protection Act And The By-Laws For Its Implementation And Signing Of All Acts And Protocols During The Implementation Of The Environmental Protection Act, According To The Environmental Protection Act And Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Until The Object Is Put Into Operation, Visiting The Object (Construction) During The Implementation Of The Authors Supervision, Consultations On The Construction Site During The Execution Of The Object, Making Legally Permissible Changes In The Project, By Reflecting In Executive Drawings If Necessary.
