Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of System And Expert Assistance Services To Ensure Normal Operation Of The Information-Technical Infrastructure Of Vik Eood - Plovdiv According To The Attached Specification
The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Post-Warranty Software And Configuration Support Of Blade Server Infrastructure With Virtualization, Communication Equipment And The Provision Of System And Expert Assistance To Ensure Normal Operation Of The It Technologies Used By The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specification For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Signing Of The Contract With The Participant Selected As The Contractor. The Services Will Be Provided In Support Mode - 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours A Day, 7 (Seven) Days A Week (Including National Holidays), With A Response Time Of Up To 4 (Four) Hours From Registering A Request.
