Public Transport Services By Railways – Selection Of A Carrier For The Conclusion Of A Contract For Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region – Operational Set South. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport For The Purpose Of Ensuring Traffic Service Within The Operating Group South In Part Of The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Zvs. Traffic Services Will Be Provided On Sections Of Railway Lines In The Territory Of The Hradec Králové Region And, With The Consent Of The Pardubice Region, Also In Its Territory. The Focus Of Performance Will Be On The Lines Hradec Králové - Letohrad, Hradec Králové - Solnice, Hradec Králové - Rokytnice V Orlické Hory, Hradec Králové - Chlumec Nad Cidlinou - Nový Bydžov, Hradec Králové - Jaroměř, Dobruška - Choceň And Hronov - Choceň. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of The Contract Concluded By The Contracting Authority With The Supplier Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Client. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Appendix No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation). Other Technical Conditions Defining The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In Article 10 Of The Tender Documentation.
