Nordværk Must Deliver Waste Bags In The Form Of Black Waste Bags For Residual Waste And Green Waste Bags For Food Waste To Households In Aalborg Municipality. In This Connection, Nordværk Needs To Enter Into A Contract With A Company That Will Be Responsible For The Distribution Of These Waste Bags To Households In Aalborg Municipality (This Contract Is Referred To Hereafter As The Contract). The Contract Then Includes One Annual Distribution Consisting Of Three Rolls Of Black Waste Bags For Residual Waste And Three Rolls Of Green Waste Bags For Food Waste To Each Household In Multi-Storey Buildings In Aalborg Municipality. In Addition, The Contract Includes Ongoing Distribution Of Black And Green Waste Bags To Housing Associations And Similar Institutions. In Continuation Of The Above, It Should Be Noted That The Contract Does Not Include The Distribution Of Waste Bags For Single-Family Houses. The Contract Also Does Not Cover The Distribution Of Waste Bags To Libraries, Citizen Services, Recycling Centers And The Like, Where Citizens Can Freely Pick Up Waste Bags. The Contract Comes Into Force Upon The Signature Of Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer. However, The Contract Will Enter Into Force On 1 January 2027 At The Earliest. It Should Also Be Noted That The Winning Tenderer - Prior To The Entry Into Force Of The Contract - Must Actively Participate In The Implementation Of The Contract. Tendering Of The Contract Takes Place As A Public Tender In Accordance With Section Ii Of The Tender Act.
