The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Interior Equipment (Free-Standing Furniture) According To The Project Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Pd) And The Statement Of Dimensions And The Provision Of Related Services. Pd Expresses The Output Of The Authors Design Of The Furniture Solution By The Interior Developer And Was Discussed With The User. Delivery Of Interior Equipment Includes Transport, Assembly, Installation, Training And Processing Of Technical And Operational Documentation. Before Entering Into Production, The Interiors Will Be Surveyed In Cooperation With The Construction Contractor And The Subsequent Problem-Free Placement Of The Furniture Will Be Verified. The Client Will Also Agree On The Final Color Solution, Material And Pattern Selection Before Entering Into Production. All Technical Conditions Are Listed As Minimum (Or Maximum According To Their Nature) And Binding. The Supplier Is Entitled To Offer Performance With Better Parameters Than Those Set By The Client As Minimum, Or According To Their Nature Of Maximum Value. In Such A Case, The Supplier Is Obliged To Prove That The Parameter Offered By Him Really Represents A Better Fulfillment Of The Given Technical Condition. Dimensions With A Tolerance Of ± 5% Are Required For The Supply Of Elements Of Free-Standing Interior Equipment. The Delivery Will Be Made After The Completion Of The Construction Works During The Trial Operation. In Particular, An Integral Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is: A) Transport To The Place Of Performance, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Including Verification Of Its Functionality, Performance Of All Operational Tests And Prescribed Tests According To Relevant Applicable Legislation, Verification Of Declared Technical Parameters; B) Briefing (Training) Of Personnel; C) Issuance Of A Training Report, Or Personnel Briefings, And A Protocol Authorizing Subsequent Personnel Briefings In The Use Of The Subject Of The Public Contract For The Designated Worker User; D) Signature Of The Transfer Protocol; E) Provision Of Comprehensive Warranty Service And Repairs, Including The Supply Of Spare Parts; F) Delivery Of Documents That Are Necessary For The Use Of The Goods, Such As Instructions For Use/Maintenance In The Czech Language (Also In Electronic Form On Cd/Dvd), Relevant Certificates, Attestations Certifying That The Device Is Manufactured In Accordance With Valid Safety Standards And Čsn, A Copy Of The Declaration Of Conformity (Ce Declaration) And Possibly Others; G) Ecological Disposal Of The Packaging Material In Which The Goods Were Delivered; H) Maintaining Order At The Place Of Performance And, After The Completion Of Construction And Delivery Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Cleaning The Place Of Performance And Restoring It To Its Original State; I) The Obligation To Provide Suitable And Effective Protection (E.G. Protective Film) For All Structures And Equipment Of The New Building, Which Could Be Damaged Or Polluted During The Delivery Of The Goods, At Your Own Expense, And To Remove This Immediately After Delivery At Your Own Expense; J) Other Activities Not Explicitly Mentioned, Which, However, Are Inseparably Connected With The Realization Of Performance And Performance Is Not Possible Without Them.
