The Tender Seeks Innovation Partners For The Ministry Of Social Affairs To Develop, Pilot And Implement Innovative Interventions To Develop Valuing Attitudes Towards People Aged 50 And Older And To Involve, Activate And Keep Them On The Labor Market. In Order To Fulfill The Purpose Of The Procurement, Innovation Methods Are Used, Which Make It Possible To Find Solutions To The Complexity Of Involving The Elderly, Develop New Services And Receive Feedback. The Proposed Solutions Must Be Innovative In The Estonian Context, But Not Globally Innovative, I.E. The Best Practices Implemented In Other Countries Can Be Used As A Basis And Adapted To The Estonian Context. The Ideas Offered May Be Technological Or Partly Technological. Innovation Does Not Have To Mean A Technological Solution, It Can Be, For Example, A Developed Cooperation Model, Training, Etc.
