Consultative Engineering And Construction Services - Evaluation Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements For Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria According To The Civil Code, Exercise Of Construction Supervision, Performance Of The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator And Preparation Of Technical Passports For The Site: Construction Of 20 Automatic Crossing Devices. The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Activity 1 Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For Construction (Of All Parts Of The Work Project, Including The Constructive Part), According To The Mandatory Scope Of Art. 142 And Art. 166 Of The Zut; Activity 2 Completing And Submitting, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, All The Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Construction Permit From The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications In Accordance With The Terms Of The Public Works Plan. Coordination Of The Documentation And The Investment Project With All Interested State Bodies And Structures, Municipalities And Municipal Structures, Operators Of Public Infrastructures - Electricity Companies, Water Supply, Electronic Communication Networks And Other Affected Bodies And Organizations. Activity 3 Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction And Installation Works, According To The Requirements Of Zut, The Delivery And Installation Of Machines, Facilities And Technological Equipment. The Consultant Will Carry Out Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object Within The Scope Of His Responsibility, Defined In Art. 168 Of The Zut; Activity 4 Inspection And Control Of The Delivered And Used Construction Products, According To Art. 169 B Para. 1 Of Zut; Activity 5 Performing The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2004 Of The Mrrd And Mtsp On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; Activity 6 Administration And Overall Management Of The Design And Construction Contract, Including But Not Limited To: Contract Management Control, Quality Control And Management, Cost Management Control, Time Schedule Control, Reporting To The Employer On The Progress Of The Design And Construction Contract. The Activity Covers The Entire Period Of The Contractors Contract. Activity 7 Compilation And Registration Of Technical Passport/S Of The Construction, According To The Requirements Of Art. 176 A) And B) Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 Of The Mrrb On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; Activity 8 Completing And Submitting, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority, All The Documentation To Dnsk, Necessary For The Appointment Of A State Reception Commission And Obtaining A Permit For The Use Of The Construction Site Under The Terms Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 2/31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Construction Sites In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites. Quality Provided Engineering And Consulting Services In The Implementation Of The Investment Project On Time And In An Efficient And Transparent Manner In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Financing Institutions And The Applicable Bulgarian Legislation; 2.
