Prior Information Notice For Sewage Treatment Services – Supply Of Spare Parts, Tools, Consumables And Goods, And Repairs And Maintenance Services For The Operation And Maintenance Of Zahle Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp) Of Zahle And Its Lifting Station Are Located In The Bekaa Governorate In Lebanon. The Wwtp Consists Of 2 Processing Lines Each Having A Capacity Of 18,500M3/Day. The Wwtp Is A Tertiary Treatment Facility That Was Put Into Operation In October 2017 And Has Been Continuously Operating Since That Date. The Lifting Station Conveys Zahle’S Wastewater To The Treatment Plant And Comprises 2 Pumps. Its Power Consumption Is 15 Kw With A Flow Of 17,000M3/Day And Has A Head Of 10M. The Facility Is Equipped With 2 Site Generators To Provide Electricity In Case Of Public Power Cutoffs Or Black-Outs. The Contract Covers Supply, Repairs And Maintenance Services. The Contractor Has To Provide The Following Tasks: (1) Supply And Delivery Of Spare Parts, Consumables And Chemicals Needed For The Operation And Maintenance Of Zahle Wwtp And Its Lifting Station; (2) Supply And Delivery Of Machinery, Machines, Equipment, Tools And Instruments Needed For The Workshop, Laboratory And Other Sections Of Zahle Wwtp; (3) Supply And Delivery Of Equipment, Furniture, Goods, Stationary And Consumables Needed For The Offices, Kitchen, Toilets, Lockers And Other Sections Of Zahle Wwtp; (4) Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Some Spare Parts And Equipment Needed For Zahle Wwtp And Its Lifting Station; (5) Perform Some Specific Repairs And Maintenance Services Within Zahle Wwtp And Its Lifting Station; (6) Provide Some Ancillary Services (Disinfection, Landscaping, External Testing, Fire Extinguishers…) Upon Request When Needed For Zahle Wwtp And Its Lifting Station; (7) Removal And Disposal Of Dewatered Sludge, Sand, Gravel, Grease, Oil And Siftings; (8) Coordinate With Aics Expert And The Team Of Bwe For A Periodic Delivery Of Materials And Spare Parts And A Proper Execution Of Services.
