Tenders are invited for Provision for the Services of an Audit Firm. 1. The Ministry of Finance is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential Consultants of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local bidders to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Provision of the Services of an Audit Firm. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MOF/IFB/2026/786. 3. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday 13 February 2026 at 11.00 a.m at the Government Centre, Port Louis. 4. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday, 04 March 2026 up to 13 00 hrs (Local Time). 5. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Wednesday 04 March 2026 from 14 01 hrs till Thursday 05 March 2026 up to 13 01 hrs. 6. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Thursday, 05 March 2026, up to 16 00 hrs 7. The Ministry of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
