The Aim Is To Provide Holistic Support Including It Service Management According To Itil, Further Development, Requirements Engineering (Including Ui/Ux) As Well As Alfresco Application And System Administration. The Approach Takes Place In An Agile Devsecops Product Team That Covers All Roles And Skills. Current Status: The Current Managed Service Runs Until May 31, 2026. Approximately Two Months Are Planned For The Transition To The New Service Provider. Target State: The Service Provider Takes Over The Support Of The Acs Platform And Associated Components (Hosted On-Premises, Web-Based Frontends In Azure, A Client-Based Frontend). The Main Focus Is: Itsm According To Itil With Service Manager As Spoc And Bridgehead. Further Development Of Front-End Systems (With Adf/Adw) And Development/Introduction Of New It Components. Requirements Engineering Taking Into Account The Alfresco Standards And Ui/Ux. Administration Of The Alfresco Platform Including Release Management And Ci/Cd. The Providers Must Present Concepts For Meeting These Requirements As Well As A Transparent Cost Structure In Their Offer.
