The Ministry Of Health Has Authorized Ukc Maribor To Carry Out The Public Procurement Procedure, Including The Preparation Of A Proposal For A Decision On The Award Of The Contract And, In The Event Of A Possible Legal Protection Procedure At Any Stage Of The Procedure, Also To Consider The Audit Request And Prepare A Decision On The Request For An Audit At The First Stage. The Decision To Award A Public Contract Is Made By The Ministry Of Health. The Offer Must Be Valid Until The Deadline, As Defined In Chapter 2.16 Instructions To Bidders For Making An Offer, I.E. Until 27 August 2026.
