Loading And Unloading As Well As Transshipment And Transfer Of Cargo And Its Storage, Among Others, Includes The Following Activities: 1) Loading And Unloading Of Cargo From Ship To Shore And Vice Versa 2) Transfer Of Cargo From Ship To Ship 3) Loading And Unloading Of Cargo From Land Transport Means (Trucks, Wagons, Tank Cars, Etc.) 4) Transshipment Of Cargo From Land Transport Means (Trucks, Wagons, Tank Cars, And The Like) 5) Cargo Transfer 6) Storage In Closed Warehouses And Covered Facilities, And On Open Areas Cargo In The Sense Of This Subject Of The Concession Is Considered Particularly, But Not Exclusively, General Cargo (Cargo Such As Wood, Structures, Equipment, Various Vehicles As Cargo, Raw Materials And Products Of The Food And Textile Industry And Other Types), Ro-Ro Cargo, Container Cargo (Full And Empty Containers), Liquid And Bulk Cargo (Salt, Sugar And Other Types Of Goods). 2. Subpoints 1. - 2 Above) Are Prescribed As Mandatory Services That The Concessionaire Is Obliged To Provide To The Users For The Entire Duration Of The Concession. The Services Specified As A Secondary Object Of The Concession (From The Above Point 2. Sub-Points 1.-22.) Are Prescribed As Optional Services That The Concessionaire Is Authorized, But Not Obliged, To Provide To The Users For The Entire Duration Of The Concession.
