Tenders are invited for RFCC Earthing System Study. Bond: 30000 Fee: 200 Bid Closing Date: 09/02/26 Tender Issue Period: 12/01/26 - 14/01/26 Bond Validity: 09/07/26- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 09/06/26- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: The scope is to include the provision of earthing system study at RFCC Unit 41 areas and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the damaged earthing grid cables and testing of existing earthing system. Contractor shall carry out the following to derive to immediate and long-term mitigations measures focusing on the measures against corrosion and compromised earthing system: 1. Engage a Specialist Consultant to study the existing earthing system on-ground and in-ground within Refinery RFCC plant area (Unit 41), conduct testing , RCA study to analyze the results, conduct workshop of findings and mitigations and provide implementable recommendations 2. Conduct soil sampling, analyses and testing 3. Carry out Root Cause Analysis study to analyze the results, conduct workshop of findings and mitigations and provide implementable recommendations. 4. Provide the most suitable design solutions of the new system ie. Buried or above ground design. 5. Preparation of scope for construction of the new suitable solution/ system and removal/ abandonment of the existing facility. 6. Carry out soil resistivity profiling and resistivity mapping. 7.
