Tenders are invited for Corporate Sponsors for Europe Day Celebrated in Hong Kong on 8th of may 2026 Terms of Reference Sponsors are invited to contribute in kind i.e. through the provisions of catering for a number of guests or a selection of services for all guests, ranging from platinum (HKD 25,000) , gold (HKD 15,000) and silver (HKD 10,000). The sponsorship will be contributed through direct contracting and payment to the events suppliers. Financial contributions to the EU Office are not allowed under the EU Financial Regulation. The sponsors will be provided with exposure and visibility in the following ways: 1.1. Platinum package (value of HKD 25,000). This package includes: Prominent logo placement in the official invitation under the heading in Association with. Logo featured prominently in the on-screen projections in the reception area. Opportunity to showcase the sponsors products/services with own double individual stand in the foyer/entrance area of the reception. Display of two standing banners at the entrance of the event and two standing banners in the reception area. 10 entrance tickets for the sponsors guests. Recognition at the opening remarks of the EU Ambassador. Event digital package with videos and photos. 1.2. 1.2. Gold package (catering for 25 guests of a value of HKD 15,000). Silver package (HKD 10,000) This package includes: Logo placement in the official invitation under the heading with the support of. Logo featured in the on-screen projections in the reception area. Display of two standing banners at the event. Display of promotional material (flyers and brochure) at one own individual stand in the foyer/entrance area of the reception. Three entrance tickets for the sponsors guests. Event digital package with Photos. The EU Office to Hong Kong and Macao will host its annual Europe Day reception on Friday 8 May 2026, in the Maritime Museum. Europe Day is an annual celebration of peace and unity in Europe. Over 200 VIPs from Government and State institutions, Business, Civil Society as well as Embassies and Diplomatic Missions attended the most recent editions in 2019, 2023, 2024 and 2025 to celebrate Europe and its fruitful relations with Hong Kong and Macao. Europe Day is an excellent opportunity for companies/organisations to promote their image, brands/activities through corporate sponsorship-collaboration with the EU Office to Hong Kong and Macao. We are therefore publishing this call for sponsor companies and organisations.
