Quotation are invited for Photo and Video Event Coverage. Deadline: Tuesday, 10. Feb 2026 Scope of Work The service provider will be responsible for the following activities: Provide professional on-site photography covering the event (setup, participant displays, jury evaluation, tasting, networking, group photos, branding visibility). Provide professional video coverage of the event (key highlights and atmosphere), including short interviews/quotes if requested by FTL (participants, jury, organizers). Ensure proper lighting and audio quality (use of additional lighting/microphones when needed) and comply with venue rules and FTL visibility/consent requirements.
