1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Mobile Ultrasound Devices With A Charger, Cable And Tablet For The University Clinical Research Support Center Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Piastów Śląskich In Wrocław. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Financed By The Medical Research Agency Entitled Improving The Scientific And Research Potential Of The University Clinical Research Support Center In Wrocław (Financing Application Number: Kpod.07.07-Iw.07-0334/24) Submitted As Part Of The Competition Entitled Improving And Increasing The Scientific And Research Potential Of Existing Clinical Research Support Centers, Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Increasing Immunity Plan.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) Specified In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework To Facilitate Sustainable Investments (The So-Called Eu Taxonomy), And The Expected Delivery Of The Indicated Products Will Not Have A Significant Negative Impact On Any Of The Six Environmental Objectives Referred To In Art. 17 Above Regulations, I.E.: Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation To Climate Change, Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, Transition To A Circular Economy, Pollution Prevention And Control, As Well As Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Technical Information Sheet (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In The Technical Information Sheet.
