The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Steel Wire For Baling Compressed Waste In An Amount Of Approximately 80,000 Kg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Wire Depending On Current Needs - The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For This. The Ordering Party Will Order Not Less Than 40,000 Kg Of Steel Wire. The Ordering Party Requires The Steel Wire To Have The Following Parameters: 1. The Contractor Will Deliver The Wire Using Its Own Or Rented Transport To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located On The Premises Of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. In Bielsko-Biała Ul. Krakowska 315D, From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. The Cost Of Transport Should Be Included In The Price Of The Goods; The Ordered Press Wire Will Be Delivered By The Contractor As Soon As Possible, No Later Than 7 Days After Receiving The Order By E-Mail From The Ordering Party; Individual Deliveries Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Scales, Located At The Ordering Partys Plant And Will Be Confirmed By A Weighing Receipt. This Document Will Be The Sole Basis For Determining The Quantity Of Wire Delivered; The Contractor Undertakes To Provide With Each Delivery, Before Each Unloading, A Set Of Necessary Documents Regarding The Imported Wire, Including A Quality Certificate Indicating At Least The Following Parameters: Steel Grade, Tensile Strength, Diameter.
