1. Part No. 1. Modernization Of The Heat Source.1.1. Scope Of Work: Modernization Of The Heating System - Individual Heat Sources Will Be Replaced With Ground Heat Pump Heating In All Residential Premises. The Task Includes Installation Of A Heat Pump, Installation Of A Lower Heat Source, Installation Of Central Heating In Residential Premises, Installation Of Domestic Hot Water And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation.1.2. The Contractors Costs Also Include: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) Preparation Of Geodetic And As-Built Documentation, 3) Providing Its Own Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 4) Preparation And Agreement With The Competent Authority Of The Geological Works Project. 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For A Photovoltaic Installation For Fire Protection Acceptance.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement. Signing The Contract Is The Final Confirmation Of The Adopted Provisions Contained In The Agreement, Stwiorb And The Project. No Changes Are Allowed During Implementation Without The Prior Consent Of The Investor And The Supervision Inspector. All Works Performed And Materials Delivered Will Be In Accordance With The Tender Documentation And Stwiorb. The Data Specified In The Order Documents And In Stwiorb Will Be Considered Target Values From Which Deviations Are Allowed Within A Specified Tolerance Range.2.2. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.3.
