Scope Of Work: Modernization Of The Heating System - Individual Heat Sources Will Be Replaced With Ground Heat Pump Heating In All Residential Premises. The Task Includes Installation Of A Heat Pump, Installation Of A Lower Heat Source, Installation Of Central Heating In Residential Premises, Installation Of Domestic Hot Water And Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation.1.2. The Contractors Costs Also Include: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) Preparation Of Geodetic And As-Built Documentation, 3) Providing Its Own Geodetic Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; 4) Preparation And Agreement With The Competent Authority Of The Geological Works Project. 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For A Photovoltaic Installation For Fire Protection Acceptance.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer.
