The Order Is To Be Implemented In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Prepared By Usługi Ogólnobudowlane Wiesława Wilkowska, Ul. M.Skłodowskiej-Curie 1/61, 65-124 Zielona Góra (Rościce) And Emp Sp. Z O. O. Mateusz Praczyk, Ul. Seledynowa 20, 65-128 Zielona Góra (Siodło) Constituting Annexes To The Swz. Task No. 1 - Construction Of Road Lighting In The Town Of Rościce, Plots No. 3, 8. The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes, Among Others: - Laying A Cable Line With A Length Of Approx. 600 Meters, - Delivery And Installation Of 15 Lighting Poles With Led Road Luminaires, - Installation Of A Lighting Control Cabinet, - Obtaining All Required Permits And Permits And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Arrangements With The Owners Of Underground Utilities And The Road Manager, - Execution All Necessary Measurements And Tests And Preparation Of Appropriate Protocols Necessary To Start The Lighting And Supply Electricity, - Connection Of The Completed Lighting To The Power Grid, - Ordering An As-Built Geodetic Measurement. Task No. 2 - Construction Of Road Lighting In The Town Of Siodło, Plot No. 52. The Scope Of Task No. 2 Includes, Among Others: - Laying A Cable Line With A Length Of Approx. 150 Meters, - Delivery And Installation Of 4 Lighting Poles With Led Road Luminaires, - Obtaining All Required Permits And Permits And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Arrangements With The Owners Of Underground Utilities And The Road Manager, - Performing All Necessary Measurements And Tests And Preparing Appropriate Protocols Necessary To Activate The Lighting And Supply Electricity, - Connection Of The Completed Lighting To The Power Grid, - Ordering An As-Built Geodetic Measurement. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Was Specified In The Design Documentation And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz. The Contractor Should Read The Documentation In Detail And Make A Local Visit To The Work Site In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming The Permission For Their Use/Installation In Relation To The Materials And Devices Used. The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Does Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, It Is Only An Auxiliary Element And It Cannot Be Ruled Out That It May Omit Elements Necessary To Complete The Task.
