1.Przedmiotem Zamówienia Jest Rozbudowa Placu Zabaw Przy Miejskim Żłobku Integracyjnym W Stalowej Woli Przy Ul. Poniatowskiego 55A As Part Of The Active Places Of Play Program.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Reconstruction Of The Playground With The Construction Of A New Safe Surface, - Installation Of Small Architectural Elements, - Planting, - Obtaining A Document (Certificate) From The Inspection Confirming Compliance Of The Playground And Surface With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177 Standards (This Document Must Be Issued By An Independent, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Assembly And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair And Related Works Expenses).3. The Task Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No 2020/852.4. Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Municipal Integration Nursery, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Ensures Safety And Does Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The Facility.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Sst, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To The Swz.6. The Task Is Co-Financed Under The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2025 Program, Co-Financing Agreement No. 35/Apz Of May 28, 20257. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: - Works Related To The Installation Of Small Architecture, - Works Related To Planting, 1) The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above As Part Of The Employment Relationship Between Them And The Employer, They Performed It Personally, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Employer, Under His Management, With Subordination, For Remuneration, With The Right To Leave.2) Providing The Ordering Party, On The Day Of Commencement Of The Order Execution, With A List Of Persons Who Will Perform The Activities Referred To In Point. 1) During Order Processing.
