Construction Works Include In Particular: 1/ Construction Of A New Foundation Made Of Mineral Aggregate On Separating Geotextile, 2/ Installation Of 8X30 Concrete Edges, 3/ Installation Of A Surface Made Of 8-Gauge Concrete Cubes (Colors Adapted To The Existing Fragments Of Alleys), 4/ Adjustment Or Reconstruction Of The Surroundings Of Graves And Tombs In The Work Area, 5/ Replacement Of Lighting Poles With Fixtures, Replacement Of The Power Cable, And Installation Of A Grounding Tape, 6/ Installation Of A Water Intake Point. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared By Mr. Olgierd Pustówka From The Department Of Aid Funds And Investments Of The Nowy Targ City Hall And Mr. Rafał Czyrnek 32-434 Skomielna Biała 577.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Construction Cost Estimate, With The Price Components Given In The Offer For This Procedure, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual Amount. The Final Settlement Will Be Based On A Cost Estimate After The Order Is Completed, With The Price Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, 2/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Material And Financial Schedule, Including Partial Invoices Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports, The Contractor Will Present The Material And Financial Schedule To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Signing The Contract, 3/ The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Sst And In Compliance With The Conditions Arising From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 4/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions On The Construction Site And In Its Surroundings, 5/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Their Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring The Related Costs), 6/ The Contractor Will Secure The Site And Bear The Costs Of Removal Of Rubble, Soil And Materials From Demolition, Etc., Including Their Storage, Management Or Disposal, 7/ Before Ordering The Material, The Contractor Will Check The Actual Dimensions And Verify The Ordered Dimensions On This Basis Quantities,8/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Surveying Services For The Investment Along With Obtaining An As-Built Surveying Report,9/ The Contractor Will Secure And Mark The Construction Site And Is Obliged To Organize It And Carry Out The Works In Consultation With The Cemetery Manager.
