1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Construction Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Warehouse Building At Ul. Gwarków For The Needs Of The Municipal Services Plant In Wałbrzych. The Task Should Be Carried Out Based On The Guidelines Contained In The Construction Design And Other Technical Documentation. The Reconstruction And Renovation Concern The Office And Social Part And Include: 1) Construction Of New, Lightweight Partition Walls In Locations In Accordance With The Design, 2) Bricking Up Some Of The Window And Door Openings, 3) Knocking Out New Door Openings With The Installation Of Lintels Made Of Steel Sections, 4) Installing New Window And Door Joinery, 5) Demolishing The External Stairs Steel And Construction Of New External Stairs With A Reinforced Concrete Structure, 6) Separating The Office And Social Part From The Warehouse Part With A Fire Separation Wall With A Minimum Class Of Ei60,7) Construction Of A Steel Supporting Structure For Two Ventilation Units, Placed On The Mezzanine Of The Office And Social Part,8) Insulating The External Walls Of The Hall (Only In The Office And Social Part) With Mineral Wool Along With The Renovation Of The Entire Façade In A New Color Scheme,9) Renovation Of The Roof Covering Made Of Trapezoidal Sheet Metal,10) Installation Of A Prefabricated Lightweight Roof Over The Entrance,11) Execution Of The Internal Installation Water And Sewage Along With Pressure Tests,12) Construction Of Central Heating Installations – Water Heating, Pump Heating With Low-Temperature Distribution, Three Heating Circuits, 13) Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Of Office And Social Rooms, Cloakrooms And Sanitary Facilities, 14) Internal Electrical Installation: Basic, Emergency And Evacuation Lighting Using Semi-Indirect Billing Energy Measurement, 15) Construction Of A Boiler Room Powered By A Low-Temperature Boiler With A Fuel Tank Solid, Pellet, Power 50 Kw. The Solid Fuel Boiler Will Have Its Own Chimney Adapted For A Boiler Operating With Low Exhaust Gas Temperature, Dn 180, With A Height Of Approximately 10.3 M2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Minimum Warranty Period Be 36 Months.
