The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Temporary Shelter For Homeless Residents Of The Osielsko Commune In A Shelter For Homeless People To The Extent Resulting From The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283).2. Subject Of The Order: Providing Temporary Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People For Women And Men.3. Description Of Services Constituting The Subject Of The Order Providing Temporary Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Temporary Shelter For Homeless Residents Of The Osielsko Commune Who Are Wards Of The Social Welfare Center In Osielsko (Hereinafter Referred To As: Wards), In A Shelter For Homeless People, To The Extent Resulting From The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283). A) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of 24-Hour Temporary Shelter, 7 Days A Week, And The Provision Of Necessary Social Conditions And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Ending Homelessness And Gaining Independent Living For Homeless People Referred By The Social Welfare Center In Osielsko. B) The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is 1 Person. Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of The Needs Of The Clients Due To Their Changing Health Condition Or Personal Situation, The Number Of Homeless People Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected Over The Entire Duration Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Expected Number Of People To A Maximum Of +/- 2 People, Depending On The Actual Needs In This Regard. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, Including Payment Of Compensation For Failure To Complete Part Of The Order. C) Admission Of A Homeless Person To The Shelter Will Take Place After Prior Arrangement Of The Date, Based On An Administrative Decision Issued By The Head Of The Social Welfare Center In Osielsko. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Life And Health Situation Of The Person Using The Shelter. E) The Standard Of Basic Services Provided In A Shelter For Homeless People And The Standard Of The Facility In Which The Shelter For Homeless People Is Located Must Be Consistent With Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896).
