The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The Social Services Building At Ul. 1 Maja 160 In Dęblin As Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization And Equipment Of Infrastructure Necessary For Social Integration And Activation Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion In Dęblin. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparatory Works. 2) Reconstruction Of A Building With A Total Area Of 411.80 M2, Including Internal Water And Sewage Installations, Hot Water, Central Heating And Technological Heat, Mechanical, Electrical And Telecommunications Ventilation. 3) Change Of The Functional Layout Of The Rooms (Demolition And Construction Of Internal Walls).4) Construction Or Widening Of Door Openings In Load-Bearing Walls And An Opening In The Ceiling In Connection With The Construction Of Internal Stairs And Installation Of A Vertical Platform.5) Removal Of The Door Opening, Window And External Stairs Leading To The Technical Room On Floor -1.6) Construction Of Openings In The External Wall (Aeration Window) And An Opening In The Flat Roof For Installing A Smoke Flap.7) Demolition Of Internal Stairs And Replacing Them Stairs In Accordance With Technical And Construction Regulations.8) Demolition Of The Vestibule Walls (Liquidation Of The Room).9) Renovation Of External Stairs With A Landing And Roof, Including The Installation Of A Stair Platform For The Disabled.10) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Connection Along The Route Of The Existing Connection (Change In Diameter). 11) Reconstruction (Shortening The Route) Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection. 12) Finishing Works. 13) Conducting All Necessary Tests And Examinations. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price - Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
