The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And Troubleshooting, Repairs And Maintenance In The Scope Of General Construction Works In The Facilities Of The Nursery Complex Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz (Opz) And Annex No. 6.2 To The Swz (Detailed Zero Cost Estimate).3. Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45210000-2 Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For A Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Quality Guarantee Covers Performed Construction Works And Built-In Materials As Well As Delivered And/Or Installed/Built-In Devices And Equipment Elements.5. 1. The Ordering Party Determines The Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: Performance Of All Activities Under Public Procurement Related To The Performance Of Construction Works And Removal Of Failures, Repairs And Maintenance In The Field Of General Construction Works (Including: Painting, Plastering Works, Replacement And Supplementation Of Indoor, Outdoor And Roof Floors) - If The Performance Of These Activities Includes The Features Of An Employment Relationship.2) The Ordering Party Requires That So That Employment In The Execution Of The Order Lasts Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated By The Employee Or By The Contractor/Subcontractor Before The End Of This Period, The Contractor/Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Another Person In His Place Under An Employment Contract.3) Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Pzp, In Particular The Method Of Documenting Employment, The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Referred To Above And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements, Are Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
