Tenders Are Invited For Bzp.2710.5.2026.Kdd Delivery Of Two Four-Wheel Drive Vehicles (Phev Type) For Field Works Of The Botanical Garden And The Wojsławice Arboretum Of The University Of Wrocław

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two (2) Brand New Suv Passenger Cars With Plug-In Hybrid Drive (Phev) Along With The Necessary Accessories, Intended For Field Work In Protected Areas And For Transport In The Botanical Garden And Arboretum Wojsławice, Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Wrocław As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of Two Plug-In Hybrid Cars (Phev) For Field Activities Of The Botanical Garden As Part Of The Protection Of Biodiversity.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex. No. 4 To Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Delivery.4. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Swz And Annexes, As Well As In The Contractors Offer. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete And Sign Annex No. 1 To The Swz In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions And To Specify The Make, Model, Year Of Production And Color Of The Offered Vehicles. Vehicles Must Be Identical In Terms Of The Parameters Offered, But Different Colors Of The Vehicles Are Allowed. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Attach The Evidence Referred To In Section 10 Of Chapter Iii Of The Swz, Making It Possible To Determine The Compliance Of The Offered Cars With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Taking Into Account Any Information For Contractors. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For Delivering The Vehicles Ready For Operation, I.E. Complete With All Components, Parts And Materials Necessary For Startup, Use And Readiness For Operation After Each Startup As Intended, Without Additional Purchases On The Part Of The Ordering Party. Vehicles Must Be New, Unused, Not For Exhibition, Have No Physical Or Legal Defects And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties And Must Be Authorized For Marketing In The Territory Of The European Union And Meet All Applicable Legal Standards Of The European Union.6. Delivery Deadline: Up To 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, However, It Is Assumed That The Contract Is Concluded On The Day It Is Signed By The Last Party. The Delivery Deadline Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers And May Be Shortened. The Actual Delivery Date Will Result From The Date Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xiv Point 3.2 Of The Swz. 7.
