The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration, Commissioning And Conducting Training In The Operation Of Three (3) Brand New Multimedia Projectors Along With The Necessary Lenses, Accessories And Documentation. As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Dismantle The Existing Projectors And Assemble Them In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Theater, - Install The Delivered Projectors Using The Existing Infrastructure, - Integrate The Projectors With The Ordering Partys Control System (Grandma3 Console Located On The Ordering Partys Equipment), - Ensuring Full Compatibility Of The Devices With The Existing Infrastructure, - Image Adjustment And Calibration (Geometry, Sharpness, Image Parameters), - Conducting Functional Tests And Tests Of The Systems Operation In Operational Conditions, Including During Technical And Directorial Tests. The Ordering Party Requires At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Equipment Along With The Components Necessary For Its Operation. In The Event Of A Failure, The Ordering Party Requires A Replacement Device To Be Provided For The Duration Of The Repair. The Contractor Must Have A Repair Service Authorized By The Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide Software Updates - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer For The Offered Devices - As Part Of The Offer Price. Insurance. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance In Connection With The Conducted Business In An Amount Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000 (In Words: One Million Zlotys).
