The Subject Of The Contract Under The Name: Current Maintenance Of Urban Green Areas, Mowing Of Municipal Plots In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune - Divided Into Tasks Includes: Task I: Current Maintenance Of Urban Green Areas In The City Of Czechowice-Dziedzice. 1. Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness, I.E. Removal Of Contamination From Urban Green Areas, Alleys, Paved Areas In Squares. A) Daily And Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness In Green Areas, Consisting In Collecting Impurities Located In The Area Covered By The Order, As Well As Removal And Management Of Waste; B) Daily And Ongoing Cleaning Of Alleys, Squares, Paved Surfaces In Squares, Including Landscaped Green Areas, Consisting In Collecting Impurities Located In The Area Covered By The Order. The Service Is Provided From Monday To Saturday, Inclusive, Until 9.00 (Work Is Carried Out In The Squares First); After The Above-Mentioned Service Is Performed, Work Is Carried Out Related To The Removal Of Growing Weeds, Grass And The Removal Of Turf From Sidewalks, Alleys, Sidewalk Edges, Road Curbs, Etc., Which Also Takes Place From Monday To Saturday Inclusive, As Well As The Removal And Disposal Of Waste, As Well As Incurring Fees In This Respect; C) Raking Leaves And Their Management As Well As Incurring Fees In This Respect: - Once - Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract And During The Period From October 1 To November 30: - Every Two Weeks Or Once A Month. Raking Of Leaves Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Employers Recommendations. The Ordering Party May Introduce Areas With Restrictions On Raking Leaves. D) Mechanical Cleaning Of Alleys, Squares And Hardened Surfaces In Squares Once Every Two Weeks. Work May Commence After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party; E) The Contractor Is Also Obliged To React And Remove Any Contamination In An Emergency Manner (Reaction Time) Within A Maximum Of 1 (One) Hour From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative - In Accordance With The Criterion. 2. Care (Trimming, Shaping) Of Shrubs And Hedges. The Subject Of The Service Is Two-Fold Care Of Shrubs And Hedges (Trimming, Shaping). Estimated Date Of Completion Of The Work: May/June And July/August. The Service Will Be Provided On The Basis Of A Form Indicating The Work, Which Will Be Received At Least Five Days In Advance. 3. Mowing Green Areas - Public Areas. The Subject Of The Service Is: Mowing Lawns Along With Raking, Removal And Management Of The Resulting Biomass. This Work Should Be Performed Using Mechanical Equipment Adapted To Local Field Conditions. Grass Mowing Service Should Be Performed With Lawn Mowers. A Self-Propelled, Self-Harvesting Mower Should Be Used Mainly For Work In Squares And Large Green Areas. On Smaller Areas, Mowers With A Container Should Be Used.
