1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Supervision And Protection Of Persons And Property For The Property Located At Ul. Północna No. 27/29 In Łódź (Plot No. 170/4) With Concierge Service From Monday To Saturday, From 06:00 To 22:00 And 24-Hour Monitoring Of The Kowr Ot Łódź Alarm System.2. The Duties Of Security Staff Include Securing The Ordering Partys Property Located On The Property Covered By Protection Against Theft, Burglary And Damage, As Well As Preventing Fires, Flooding Of Rooms, Etc., Accidental Accidents, If These Phenomena Can Be Observed And Determined. 3. Protection And Monitoring Of Real Estate At Ul. Północna 27/29 In Łódź Will Consist Of Providing Security Services From Monday To Saturday, From 06:00 To 22:00, Excluding Sundays, Holidays And Public Holidays.4. The Service Should Be Performed In The Form Of Visiting The Designated Area And Internal Rooms In The Office Building Of The National Center For Agricultural Support Ot In Łódź And Conducting Video Monitoring Of The Area Around The Property And Monitoring The Alarm System Inside The Building.5. Electronic Protection Of The Facility Involves Constant Monitoring Of Telephone, Radio, Audio And Visual Alarm Signals And Intervention By A Patrol And Intervention Group.6. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Fire-Protected Property, Properly Lit And Monitored With Video Surveillance And An Alarm System. The Property Subject To Protection Includes: - A 4-Story Building (With A Basement) With A Main Entrance And An Emergency Entrance In Łódź, At Ul. Północna No. 27/29, - Closed Yard, - Garage Complex (5 Pieces In Total) - In The Yard.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Security Task By Staffing The Facility With Its Employees In The Following Number: 1 (One) Security Employee In The System: From Monday To Saturday, From 06:00 To 22:00.8 The Contractor Will Reinforce The Employee Supervising The Property At Ul. Północna 27/29, And Outside Its Working Hours And Days It Will Strengthen The Functioning Of The Alarm System By Ensuring Access To The Intervention Group (Gi) Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act On The Protection Of Persons And Property And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of October 21, 2011 On The Principles Of Arming Specialist Armed Protective Formations And The Conditions Of Storage And Recording Of Weapons And Ammunition, To The Extent Specified In The Supervision Instruction And The Quantity Necessary For Maintaining An Appropriate Level Of Security Of The Supervised Area.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Due Care Of The Alarm System And The Cctv System.10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Duties Of The Contractors Security Staff As Well As Other Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In Annex No. 2 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Together With The Appendices Supervision Instruction And List Of Facilities
