1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Sale, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Movable Equipment For The Fablab Studio At Ul. Śniadeckich 3 In Kraków For Armk Sp. Z O. O., Respectively, In Relation To One To Two Parts Of The Order. 1.1 The Order Is Implemented From European Union Funds From The Program Entitled: Fablab Małopolska In Krakow Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021 - 2027 Program, Priority 5. European Funds Supporting Social Infrastructure, Measure 5.4. Training Infrastructure, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund.1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.3 The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Part 1 - Sale, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Movable Equipment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Headquarters Of Pracownia Fablab At Ul. Śniadeckich 3 In Kraków, In Accordance With Annex A To The Swz, 2) Part 2 - Construction Of A Carpentry Table In Accordance With The Specifications And Technical Drawings Presented By The Ordering Party In Annex B To The Swz And Its Delivery And Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Headquarters Of The Fablab Studio At Ul. Śniadeckich 3 In Kraków.1.4 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annexes A And B To The Swz, Respectively, In Relation To One To Two Parts Of The Order. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions. 1.5 In The Scope Of Part 1, The Contractor Should Value The Subject Of The Order According To The Calculation Of The Offer Price Constituting Appendix C To The Swz. In The Calculation, In Addition To Calculating The Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product, The Name Of The Offered Product With An Indication, If Applicable, Of The Type Or Model Or Symbol, Etc., Allowing For Clear Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Order.1.6 In The Scope Of Part 2, The Contractor Is Obliged To Value The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Specifications And Technical Drawings Attached By The Ordering Party, Constituting Annex B To The Tor, And Should Indicate The Price In The Offer Form.1.7 The Contractor Must Offer To Perform The Subject Of The Order. In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.2. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz.
