Part I Of The Order - Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Toys, Teaching Aids For Newly Created Care Facilities For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery, And If Assembly Is Necessary, Also Assembly, Of Toy And Sensory Equipment For Children (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment), Described In Detail In Annex 1A To The Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification For Part 1.2) The Equipment Delivered Under This Order Must Be New, Unused, Free From Defects, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Made Using Safe Technologies. 3) The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Have A Certificate Compliance With Eu Requirements, Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Have The Ce Marking - If The Offered Equipment Requires It. 4) Folding Goods Or Goods With A More Complex Structure Should Have Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warning About Hazards. 5) The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Approvals, If Required By Law, 6) Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Etc. For The Products Will Be Attached To The Goods That Are The Subject Of The Offer Along With The Delivery. 7) A 2-Year Warranty Period Will Be Granted For The Delivered Equipment. 8) Ensuring Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Delivery (Of The Offered Equipment) To The Premises Of Nursery No. 10 In Kędzierzyn-Koźle During Working Hours, After Prior Telephone Contact Agreeing On The Date And Place Of Delivery And Ensuring The Installation Of Equipment That Requires Such Installation.9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment Consistent In Terms Of Quality, Functionality And Safety With The Description Contained In Annex 1A To The Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification For Part 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Detailed Specification Of Supplies For Part 1, Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Posted In An Electronic Version On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.3. Before Signing The Agreement, The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed List Of Prices For A Given Product Range.
