The Stary Brus Commune Office In The Scope And Quantities:1) Purchase Of Utm (1 Pc.)2) Purchase Of A Nas Server (1 Pc.)3) Purchase Of An Archiving Server (1 Pc.)4) Purchase Of Backup Software (1 Pc.)5) Purchase Of A Server Ups (1 Pc.)6) Purchase Of The Implementation Service Of Purchased Solutions (1 Pc.)7) Purchase Of Training Services It Administrator (1 Pc.)2. The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Free From Third Party Rights.3. The Offered Devices On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production (So-Called End Of Life).4. The Hardware And Software Supplied Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel In The Eu.5. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Equipment Is Packaged As Required To Prevent Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery.6. The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs.7. The Detailed Scope Of Deliveries Is Detailed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template.
